MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Please read and accept by signing the box below.

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable under any circumstance, deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

A parent or guardian must be present at all times if the key individual being photographed is under 18 years of age. Client gives H.Cassidy Photography permission to photograph them and/or their children.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. H.Cassidy Photography strives to get the utmost quality images of your child however, The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client's failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. The Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

Client will not hold the Photographer responsible for any accidental injury incurred before, during or post the session. This includes any allergies or reactions from supplied cake.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Heather Cassidy 

Client grants the Photographer unrestricted right to use and publish photographs for editorial, trade, advertising and other purposes including but not limited to in print form and on the internet including social media sites.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)

According to photographer vision and experience, any additional request including but not limited to (faces swaps and/or any advanced enhancements) is subject to an additional fee.

Client has read and understands what is included in the session they have selected and is aware the Photographer will not include extras including RAW Unedited images.

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Participant (also to
include PARTICIPANT’S PARENTS OR GUARDIANS if under 18 years of age) with
registration and signed agreement enters into WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
waiving any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out
of participation in event. Participant releases and waives all liability, and
forever discharges event property owner, event staff, vendors, and all
photographers involved from any physical or psychological injury or damages
that may result from participation in event and including COVID-19
