MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
Please read and accept by signing the box below.
SESSION TIME (MINI SESSIONS): Client understands that mini sessions are limited to a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes of shooting time. Clients are encouraged to arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to their scheduled session time.
Late arrivals will not receive additional time, and the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. The Photographer is not obligated to extend any session beyond the allotted time.
If a session exceeds the scheduled time due to Client delays, requests, or circumstances within the Client's control and impacts the start time of another client's session, the Client will be charged an additional session fee.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY: Session fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. If a date change is necessary, the retainer fee may be transferred to a future session, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. While every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests, the same setup, theme, or mini session offering cannot be guaranteed, as mini sessions are limited-time events.
If the retainer is transferred to a different session or package, the Client will be responsible for any price difference between the original and new booking. Failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and all payments made will be forfeited.
MINOR CHILDREN: A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times during the session if the individual being photographed is under 18 years of age. By signing this agreement, the Client grants H. Cassidy Photography permission to photograph themselves and/or their minor child(ren) during the scheduled session.
COOPERATION POLICY:
Due to the limited duration of photography sessions, the Client agrees to arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to the scheduled session time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time, and the Photographer cannot guarantee the same variety or quantity of images originally intended.
H. Cassidy Photography is committed to providing the highest quality images possible. However, the Photographer shall not be held responsible for photographs not captured or for compromised results due to the Client's failure to provide reasonable cooperation, participation, or assistance during the session. The Photographer is not liable if the Client, child(ren), family members, or any other key individuals fail to appear, arrive late, or are unwilling to cooperate during the session.
The Client assumes full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all participants before, during, and after the photography session. The Client agrees to release and hold harmless H. Cassidy Photography from any liability for accidental injuries, damages, losses, allergic reactions, illnesses, or other incidents that may occur in connection with the session. This includes, but is not limited to, any allergies, sensitivities, or reactions to food items, props, decorations, or cakes provided for use during the session.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Heather Cassidy
Client grants the Photographer unrestricted right to use and publish photographs for editorial, trade, advertising and other purposes including but not limited to in print form and on the internet including social media sites.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
According to photographer vision and experience, any additional request including but not limited to (faces swaps and/or any advanced enhancements) is subject to an additional fee.
Client has read and understands what is included in the session they have selected and is aware the Photographer will not include extras including RAW Unedited images.
WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By signing this Agreement, the Client (and Parent/Legal Guardian if the Participant is under 18 years of age) acknowledges and agrees to voluntarily participate in the photography session and assumes all risks associated with participation.
The Client hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges the Photographer, property owners, venue staff, vendors, assistants, and any other parties involved in the session from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the photography session.
This release includes, but is not limited to, any physical injury, illness, disease, infection, psychological injury, property damage, or other harm that may occur before, during, or after the session, including exposure to or contraction of communicable illnesses, viruses, bacteria, or diseases such as COVID-19, influenza, RSV, the common cold, or any other contagious condition.
The Client understands and accepts these risks and agrees that participation in the photography session is voluntary and undertaken at their own discretion.
