Newborn Mini Session - $275+Tax
Sometimes, capturing special moments with photos just isn't within your budget. Yet, the desire to preserve those fleeting memories and the fear of missing out can be overwhelming. That is why I've created newborn mini sessions that combines affordability with meaningful keepsakes—giving you the chance to get a few cherished photos without overspending.
Newborn Mini session includes: Up to 1 hour session and 7 Digital images. You will have the option to purchase additional images in your proofing gallery.
Newborn Mini Options:
-Posed Newborn Mini
The Posed Baby option includes 2-3 poses selected by the photographer on a single blanket with your chosen background color. You are welcome to make a request for your favorite pose, and I will do my best to prioritize that pose first. I will observe the baby's cues to ensure they are comfortable in each pose; if they seem unsettled, we'll move on to the next. Most babies typically settle into three poses, but depending on their age, they may only do a few. Even with just three poses, different angles and accessories will create a variety of images. Please note: If the posed mini package is selected, no family or prop shots will be included. This session is for Baby Only.
-Wrapped Newborn Mini
The Wrapped Baby option includes 3 setups incorporating props or swaddled poses from photographers portfolio. Babies love being swaddled, which makes our Wrapped Newborn Sessions a fantastic choice! These sessions offer a quick and affordable way to capture a few precious images of your newborn. I utilize various wrap techniques to add variety, along with some props and a fabric background. The most time-consuming part of a typical newborn session is often getting baby to fall asleep. Swaddling not only helps them relax and drift off but also soothes an awake, fussy baby. This ensures the session proceeds smoothly and efficiently. Please note: If the Wrapped mini package is selected, no family or posed shots will be included. This session is for Baby Only.
-Family Newborn Mini
The Family package includes a limited number of family photos. We will capture a family portrait, shots of mommy with the baby, daddy with the baby, and the baby with a sibling. I will take multiple shots with each group to provide a variety of images to choose from. Please note: If the family mini package is selected, no posed or prop shots will be included.
**Prices are subject to change at any time; current pricing is only secured at the time of booking.
-Please note that 6.1% sales tax will be charged on all products and services in accordance with AZ state law.
-Payments may be made by cash or card.
- A non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The retainer fee will be deducted from your session balance with remaining balance due one day prior to your session. Your session date is not reserved until I receive your contract and retainer fee.
-Pricing is non-negotiable.
-Newborn and Cake Smash sessions are scheduled Monday-Friday starting at 9:30am. Cake Smash times may vary depending on baby's nap time. If week days do not work for you a weekend date can be schedule with an additional fee of $50.
-Sessions are scheduled outdoors, on location around sunset for best lighting, with the exception of newborn and cake smash sessions, which are scheduled during the mornings in my in home studio. I am located just off Houghton and Sahuarita in Vail Arizona.
-ALL Clients must sign a contract with model release form.
- A proofing gallery is provided for all sessions, allowing clients to choose the images they want fully edited. Once the final selections are made, all photos are completely edited, this includes: blemish reduction, eye enhancements, sharpening, lighting and color corrections.
-It is recommended to book a session as soon as you can since I take a limited number of sessions each month. I will occasionally have some last minute spots available so please don't hesitate to ask.
-Allow 2-3 weeks for me to edit your photos. There is a $50 rush charge to have them done in 1 week.
-A password protected website link will be available for 2 weeks to view your gallery.
-If you choose to order prints or products you may do so a la carte after your gallery has been posted.
-There is an option to purchase additional digital images once you receive your gallery. Each additional digital image is $15 the full gallery can be purchase for $150
